The graphics of Backyard Football were not to great and the controls were hard to learn at first, but the game is fun. There are interesting power-ups and the announcers(Sunny Day and Chuck Downfield) have clever, funny comments. This game is definitely recommended.
Having played the majority of the Backyard Series, I was excited to play this latest installment. However, I found the graphics incredibly lackluster for the time as well as controls - especially passing- to be cumbersome and poorly thought out. As much as I like throwing long passes, I would prefer to have the ball thrown to the area I clicked on, not 60-70 yards downfield.
