Its exactly as described and works on the canadian network (here Montreal) and was really unlocked. It's in perfect condition. The first one I received had a malfunction, but the seller replied in the same day and replaced it without any issue. The delivery for both phone was really fast. It works great on wifi for videos. I don't have data to test. Has snake. Been using flip/bar phone for 6 years and would recommend 100% (model and seller)
