Passed away May 6, 2013 Jeneice Lenora Boelter was born May 18, 1943, to William F. Boelter and Rae Doris L.(Vaillancourt) Boelter, at Midway Hospital, St. Paul, MN. She attended Holy Spirit Elementary School and Our Lady of Peace High School in St. Paul. After graduation, Jeneice was employed as an office clerical worker for General Trading Company for three years and then the Auto Owners Insurance Company. She married Terry Maruska on November 28, 1964, and moved to Rapid City, SD where Terry was stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base. In the last eight months of Terry's tour of duty he was transferred to Robins AFB, Georgia. Jeneice and Terry's first child, John, was born in Georgia in 1966. The family returned to St. Paul, renting a home on Tuscarora Ave. until the purchase of their home at 1508 Western Ave. N. where they lived for over 39 years. Their son Paul was born in 1968, David in 1970 and daughter Michele in 1974. Jeneice returned to clerical work in 1977, first at Modernist Die, followed by Minnesota Mutual Insurance, Ramsey Hospital, Rax Restaurant, Montgomery Wards Catalog and Warehouse, and Terminal Transport. She retired from Bix Produce Company in 2007. Since their retirement Jeneice and Terry have lived in Weslaco, TX. Jeneice had a wonderful life, enjoying her children and her beautiful grandchildren, Samantha, Isaac, Maggie Jo, Claire, Grace, William and Angel Luke. God blessed Jeneice in her marriage; now she rests in His peace. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, May 11, 10am at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church, 1414 Dale St. N., St. Paul with visitation one hour prior. Private interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Friends of the Library.
