Gangs of London has announced that Game of Thrones star Richard Dormer, The Haunting of Bly Manor's T'Nia Miller and Peaky Blinders' Andrew Koji have joined the cast of season three.

According to Deadline, Dormer's character is called Cornelius Quinn, an individual who stirs old rivalries with returning characters Marian Wallace (played by Dormer's Game of Thrones co-star Michelle Fairley) and Ed Dumani (Lucian Msamati).

Miller will play a "formidable" new Mayor of London who aims to cause havoc for the capital's gangs.

Meanwhile, Koji will appear as a yet-unnamed assassin who plays a vital role in a mystery that unfolds across the series.

Season three is currently in production, with a synopsis revealing that Dìrísù's Elliot Carter has now fully embraced his newfound criminal role.

"Elliot is now operating as a top-level criminal alongside the Dumanis, but their business is thrown into chaos when their shipment of cocaine is spiked, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of civilians all over London," the synopsis reads.

"The ensuing chaos attracts attention from the authorities, putting the gangs of London under pressure like never before and the ripple effects — both personal and professional — will have devastating consequences for everyone from the Wallaces, to Luan, to Lale and the street gangs."

Gangs of London streams on Sky and NOW in the UK. A release date for season 3 is TBA.
