Our second visit to a Mitsis on an all inclusive holiday and we were delighted! We have returned home relaxed and wishing we could go back.
Considering the size of the place, they do an amazing job with the catering. There are lots of different restaurants to choose from (as long as you book them in advance) and the food at the buffet was tasty and fresh. The varied bars serve tasty cocktails and drinks. I wouldn't call it fine dining but I'm an ex chef who lives in Paris, the thing Mitsis does really well is an all inclusive hotel with everything included.
Our room was spacious and in a great location. The linins, towels and products provided in the room were luxurious. The mini bar was topped up daily and the bed comfy.
Our daughter was delighted by the kids club and the activities proposed. She had a great holiday and made new friends thanks to the caring team.
Best part of Mitsis is the welcome and friendly service. All of the staff did a great job making our holiday a relaxing experience. Not only will we return but we will recommend you again in the future.

Amazing hotel and stunning views, you can have everything you paid for without hidden costs as expected of a mitsis hotel. The snack bars were very nice, especially the burgers, gyros, and crepes. I would like to give a special thank you to the people who ran the crepe place, very friendly, especially Panagoti. The restaurants were all quite good. The Asian and South American were especially amazing, although the Mexican was quite disappointing. However, overall, the quality was very high and a nice surprise for an all-inclusive. The brunch was nice because of Stamatia and co, the 2 women were very friendly and nice to chat with. Lastly, I would like to attribute a large amount of praise to the pool bar, namely Kostas and Apostoli, who were so friendly and great to chat to. Even though they were busy with only two of them to manage the bar, they were a delight to spend time with, and I find myself at that bar almost every night because of them. I look forward to coming again or at least visiting another mitsis hotel.

Hello and welcome,
My husband and I spent a 10-day holiday in this wonderful hotel. Food, drinks and service at the highest level. In particular, I would like to mention the bartenders: Angelo, Costas, Wladimir, Apostolis and the bartender manager George. Jarek from the reception is very helpful. The waiters were very helpful and always smiling: Juliano, Marinnela and Stamatias. The hotel has a great atmosphere and every detail is well taken care of. It's just a pity that we didn't have a mini bar refilled every day.

BEST SERVICE FROM MISS ÉLISABETH PLIOUMPI ! The hotel is very cute and clean, but we was very impress by the service of the hotel specialy on the with miss Élisabeth who was very polite, friendly, helpful not only with us but with every custommers. Indeed, she had always the smile and we was asking anithing that she was finding solutions immediatly! Tourist will enjoy because this type of people as her depict the Classic friendlyness of greek people ! Thank you again Élisabeth for your kidness :)!
