I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and had a great stay. This was actually my second time at this hotel and to be honest everything was really good from the food to the service the view from the room and the staff were really good always smiling and happy to help. My son loved the mini club. One thing they can improve is more activities for kids. My son loved the games room and had so much fun there they had many arcades for the kids entertainment and Jan and his father took good care of us, Thank you.

It's a good hotel, the rooms are clean and cool. The staff are very friendly, food is delicious. And it's not far away from the airport and the lifts are very nice. I have no more words to praise this hotel .. i can say everyone can book this hotel with close eyes ... love the hotel & staff & atmosphere I have no problems with this hotel, the beach is very nice.

UNNECESSARY NERVES/ RUDE BARTENDER!!! Why get upset for your own money (quite a lot)! A few days ago, when I noticed that the man/bartender "KAZIM" was rude, I even wrote to the hotel (I received a reply that he was a good employee)! Another day, another contact, and I feel his reluctance, even today, when I was standing next to him in the bar (he persuaded another employee to go to the back), leaving me standing at the bar!!! Another thing is that today my wife had a stomach ache, she asked for a glass of Jegermaister, for good digestion, and the same bartender (having seen me with my wife earlier), informed me that I had to pay 8 euros for 40 ml. This is high incompetence and very ugly behavior, which ultimately casts a bad shadow on the reputation of the hotel! I no longer pick on the ice cream worker who kneads the ice cream in the box with his thumb (without gloves)🫣. In other words, it was supposed to be beautiful, but there is regret, sadness and nerves!!! I won't even mention the fact that some machine is constantly drilling a hole next to the hotel and making noise from the very morning. It wasn't in the hotel's advertising/ I would go somewhere where I could fully relax. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We went there on a vacation as a couple, and we stayed for 10 days. We were welcomed with a smile and friendliness the whole stay. Almost each and every worker is friendly, but some supervisors have to learn how to great the guests. Sometimes, they would make you feel you don't exist. Food is delicious and fresh, and the options are endless. Of course, they repeat some dishes, but that does not mean you do not have a choice. The spa area needs to be worked on, like quietness and the fact that some people sit and use their phones without headphones. The other annoying part is when guests snooze around and come into the spa area with shoes and dressed up, you would feel weired being half naked. The door to the gym is right in front of the spa area, and the gym music is loud and annoying for someone who is trying to calm down and relax. All in all, it is a place to go to, and we will try to come back again. Ps. All the waiters and bartenders in the lounge and bar area are really friendly and nice.

This hotel was immaculate, very luxurious for the price i paid. Clean hotel with polite staff at your service at all times. Rooms were spacious and clean, comfy beds too. The main buffet restaurant was massive and had loads of options to choose from such as italian, traditional turkish food, fast food, asian food. All inclusive cocktails were amazing, great range to choose from and did taste nice. Hotel is in a good location aswell, loads of shopping to do nearby. Swimming pools were huge with loads of sun loungers around. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking to book and will love to visit again.
