We enjoyed our stay in H10 Tindaya hotel. We stayed with HB and could combine exploring the island with rented car and relaxed stay in the hotel.
Pros: Great location with direct beach access, very good dinner buffet, clean and modern room and well equipped gym. Parking available just next street. A lot of sunbeds. Waiters in restaurant are very friendly.
Cons: While dinner were great, i would suggest have more healthy options for breakfast( maybe some fresh vegetables, cottage cheese). Also if you come after 9:30, it is difficult to find a clean table. In general i had feeling that all staff in restaurant and cleaning doing their best, but they a little bit understaffed.

Amazing hotel with direct access to a beautiful beach. During our stay the weather was really windy but we still enjoyed our holiday. Food is various and the facilities are very clean. For dinner you need to make a reservation via the hotel app to avoid waiting at the entrance. The animation team is friendly but not pushy, and Rebeka gives the most professional fitness classes I have seen, we did stretching and aguagym with her almost everyday. Night entertainment is on the standard you can see in almost all hotels. But the biggest positive point is the staff of the hotel. Friendly, nice and attentive from the reception through the restaurant until the cleaning ladies. We will definitely return.

Great hotel for adults and kids. The beach is beautiful. The only thing that could improve is the food. We have had better food at other H10 hotels. But we would return. The drive is long from the airport but worth it for the beach. The animation team is excellent! My kids loved them all. Went during Christmas and was a fun time for the tree lighting for the kids!

We had an amazing time at Hotel H10 Tindaya. Breakfast and dinner was various, tasty and nicely presented. The pool area was always clean as the whole building itself. Agota at the reception was very kind and professional, she gave us all the information we needed to make our holiday memorable. She really brightened our stay. We can't wait to spend some more time here.

Four of us stayed here for one week December 2023.
Firstly the positive points.
The hotel is located next to a lovely beach and the hotel pool area and grounds are beautiful. Clean and safe for kids with many small pools especially for the kids. All adult pools had attendants watching for safety. The bedroom was big and very clean. The lobby area was bright, airy and spacious. Location was great if you like peace, but not good if you like bars, restaurants and shopping. We found it very peaceful. Unfortunately there were a lot of negatives too.
We were half board and it seemed the serving staff in bars and restaurant were not interested in serving us, some were quite surly. It took ages to get drinks as the horrible bar area on floor three is tiny and also served the very poor entertainment room. This room was tiny in relation to the size of the hotel. Nightly entertainment was poor. Three nights were someone singing Motown and amateur at best. The buffet restaurant was big and like a canteen . Food was varied but always luke warm. If you are half board avoid the £15 pp pool snack menu. Chips, burgers and pizza. Again, always Luke warm. Overall we did enjoy our holiday but if you’re thinking of coming here do your research.
