My family had a great time. Rooms, service, food and facilities were all excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the mini-disco, 5D cinema and the pools. There was a wide selection of foods for them to enjoy throughout the day, including snacks at the poolside bars and at breakfast, lunch and dinner service at the restaurant. There is an option to rent bikes nearby, though we did not avail of this. For adults, I found the gym equipment and facilities great. The walkway along the coast at the back of the hotel is fantastic and leads to the marina. We also took a couple of day trips in taxis which the staff at Reception arranged. Taxi fares were very reasonable and there was little to no wait time. It's quite easy to get to a beach and would not cost much. The adults only pool was very quiet and great for a read, swim and relaxing break, if the kids go to the Kids Club. Again, there was a great selection of foods to enjoy, including various freshly cooked fish and meat. The various themes, such as Italian, Oriental and Mexican, introduced different dishes each day. There was also a nice selection of drinks available, alcoholic and non-alcoholic options included. We found it quite easy to get poolside seats each day, either at the main pool or kids pool. The shops, cafés and bars directly beside the hotel were very convenient and welcoming. I have recommended the hotel to friends and family, and plan to return for another stay.

This is a great hotel for families in a good location for local beaches and Playa Blanca. The family connecting rooms were really large and good quality. Staff and service were always pleasant and helpful. The food is good quality and they go the extra mile with a variety of fish they cook fresh and offering a range of smoothies and fresh juices at the breakfast buffet. A special mention for Alexander in the buffet restaurant who was always super friendly and attentive, making time to chat to the kids and make them laugh despite being so busy.

It’s our last full day at the resort and I have to say it is by far one of the best places I’ve stayed purely for the staff alone! The animation team really go above and beyond to make sure the kids have a great time and they really seem to enjoy it themselves as well,whoever manages this team knows what they are doing! Everything has been easy from check in and meals to cleanliness,activities! I had the most AMAZING massage with Marianna and biggest shout out goes to ZAC from the entertainment team he really gets everyone going and puts his all into it every day I don’t think I’ve ever seen a happier person at work! This will be a holiday to remember! Don’t miss the water polo at 4pm my son loves it 😅

Lovely resort! Staff is friendly and helpful . Rooms are spacious and clean , the walk in wardrobes are a great touch , helps keeping the rooms tidy , especially when travelling with kids. Food is nice and lots of choices in the menu in the all inclusive package . Two restaurants on the premises for those who didn't purchase all inclusive options. Walking distance to the Playa Blanca marina . The waterslides are only for very small kids unfortunately (we have a 6 and 7 years old and they weren’t interested in them at all) but they loved the pools ❤️ The only thing I’d change is the evening entertainment, a few more entertaining acts (like magic shows, dance performances , etc ) would really create some atmosphere. -although I appreciate the stage in the entertainment room is very small and something like that it might not be possible. Overall, I’m happy with our stay so far. (Sarah and Zachariah from the entertainment team were really fun and the kids love them)

Absolutely amazing location, beautiful views and dreamy scenery from the hotel to the sea with Fuerteventura in the horizon. What makes this hotel tick is its staff, all issues were promptly and professionally sorted out and you get the impression their priority is for guests to have the most pleasant and relaxing stay. A rare treat these days! The animation team are excellent, positive and energetic which our kids loved. The reception team handled all my questions with patience and politeness. The restaurant staff work extremely hard and despite the madness of multiple small kids running around, manage to keep a smile on their faces. The porter was super helpful and friendly - he took us to our room in a golf cart while carrying our numerous bags which was much appreciated. The cleaner cleaned our room every day while we had breakfast. This place has a cult following for a reason, it's an endless summer party in here ;-)
