My family and I had an exceptional week at this lovely all inclusive resort. All the hotel staff went above and beyond the entire week we were there. Beautifully cleaned rooms with fresh towels daily. The food was better than any all inclusive we’ve been to and good variety of choice each meal time and different every day. This included steak freshly grilled right in front of you, fresh fruit at every meal and a variety of different soups and meats. It was lovely to have a wonderful photographer, Albert, on site who captured many photos in the most picturesque parts of the hotel. Cannot recommend enough!

I am a regular guest, but after my last visit I am unfortunately very disappointed. Instead of the family section with an ocean view (paid for) we were accommodated by the hotel in the adult section with a not so nice ocean view across the building. This was totally incomparable to stays in previous years. The hotel is already in really bad conditions and needs a complete renovation. Our electrical fuses were blowing every time we turned on the hair dryer (room 9205). The food offer is really very poor compared to the "pre-covid" days and the currently published change in the drinks menu is also not satisfactory. We paid for black wristbands (294 euro/week), but we didn't even get the announced "Princess gift during our stay".. turn-down service was two candies, that's all. Sorry, but if you don't want to do it, don't offer it. The big advantage is the location of the hotel, the beautiful view and the friendly staff (especially Laura). However, at the moment, the money spent does not correspond to the quality and I'm afraid that next Christmas we will prefer another hotel already (we really don't like it). It is sad to see how the quality has deteriorated significantly since 2020.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Food was amazing service was great amenities were very good too. We went all inclusive I can truly recommend this as it is a trek to find any places to dine outside the complex unless you get a taxi or bus. Great place to relax and chill for a week.

Spent a week here. Perfect location for access to the beach and good selection of pools and bars. Need more staff to manage the bars by the pool as service could be a bit slow. Rooms were perfectly fine but really could do with some TLC but the cleaning staff were amazing. Biggest disappointment was the lack of water freely available. When the bar closed from 2300-1000 there was no where to get water besides the single litre bottle put in the room each morning. Water from the taps is safe but recommended not to drink due to taste due to heavy chlorination. Had to ask for more bottles from reception every day and hide one so I always had two. When the bars were open the pool bar had all sugary soft drinks and beer available self service but no self service water. Easy flowing access to alcohol but essential water was notably absent. Also doesn’t inspire much when it comes to encouraging responsible drinking. Need to have self service water 24/7. Also final comment the WiFi is terrible so definitely don’t bother with paying for access. Just make sure you have roaming and use your phone. Food in the restaurants was questionable, most of it was dry but the staff were very friendly. The main restaurant food was fine and a good selection. Nothing to write home about but better than the dedicated restaurants. The only problem with the main one was it was very busy and despite two repeated buffet counters it was still quite chaotic to navigate through the sea of people. Maybe staggered seatings or more buffet areas would help?

Had a lovely 6 day holidays at the place. Here is a short summary. Hotel is a bit tired and in need of a facelift. However, the gardens are beautiful, plenty of trees providing shade, location is very convenient, beside the beach and a big shop nearby. Cleaners, gardeners, and kitchen staff work really hard, they were polite helpful and respectful. Thank you for your efforts. One of the receptionist was a bit on a rough side. But nothing dramatic. We reached an agreement. Overall, great stay. Would I go back-yes. It's a good price to quality ratio.
