Twenty years ago, the fashion guru had naturally full lips and smooth skin.
But as she stepped out this week, her face was striking for all the wrong reasons.

Stepping off a flight this week, Donatella is almost unrecognisable. 'Her skin is very shiny which is a symptom of too much Botox and laser resurfacing used to smooth the skin' says Dr Aamer Khan. 'I think there is bone loss in her lower jaw so there may have been an implant'
