The GALIBIER-THABOR Ski Area (150km of slopes) includes the resorts of Valloire and Valmeinier. It refers to two emblematic summits of the region which culminate at more than 3000m of altitude.

- optimal snow coverage from December to April thanks to more than 400 snow guns. Artificial snow covers slopes of all levels, from the beginner stage to the world cup slope 
- 4 slalom stadiums and 3 approved international competition tracks 
- Freestyle spaces : 1 progressive Snowpark, 1 ski cross, several play areas spread over the Domain, 1 Chrono zone, night skiing. 

Artificial snow, a 100% natural process! 
Natural production from water without additives. Thanks to the low temperatures, the water droplets propelled into the air turn into flakes. When the snow melts, artificial snow also undergoes a return to a liquid state and returns to streams and other nature reserves.
