EUCRYPHIA
Commonly known as Brush bush
Genus of 7 mainly evergreen trees and shrubs from moist woodland in Chile and Australia.
Like their roots shaded and crown in full sun.
Produces a distinctively flavoured honey. Leatherwood honey from E. lucida in Tasmania and Ulmo fron E. glutinosa in Chile.
