Victoria Beckham Reflects on Son Brooklyn Beckham’s Wedding to Nicola Peltz

Victoria Beckham is taking a stroll down memory lane. The singer and fashion designer opened up to Today on October 13, 2022 about her son Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding to Nicola Peltz, which took place on April 9, 2022 in Palm Beach, Florida. “It was a beautiful wedding,” the former Spice Girls member shared. “As a mother, to see my son so happy means so much. What more could you ask for?”

The wedding was an extravagant black-tie affair with nearly 600 guests. The star-studded guest list included Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Jordana Brewster, Gordon Ramsay, and Eva Longoria. After waltzing down the aisle with water and floating flowers on either side, Peltz joined Brooklyn at the altar for a traditional Jewish ceremony. They swapped personalized vows beneath a chuppah draped with orchids. 

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and David Blaine’s magic show during cocktail hour. Then, they celebrated at an elaborate reception, held in one of three oceanfront tents. At the party, Marc Anthony performed four songs on a rotating stage, and David Beckham delivered a heartfelt speech about family, People reports.

For the special occasion, the bride donned a Valentino gown. In August 2022, Peltz told Grazia USA why she didn’t wear one of her mother-in-law’s designs. “I really wanted to, and then, a few months down the line, she realized that her atelier couldn’t do it. So then, I had to pick another dress,” the actress admitted.

Brooklyn popped the question in July 2020, just six months after they went public with their relationship.
