Property info

The Villa Vista al Mar located 5,8km from the village of Paliouri in the area of Xyna and above the 5* Hotel Miraggio. As it is build on a hill, just 250 meters from the sea, has a view besides the impressive hotel the Kassandria bay and almost the second leg like the Marmara. It is a luxurius 100 square meters maisonette that can accommodate up to 8 people and babies.It has a garden, a veranda, private parking space and an outdoor shower. The firts floor consists three bedrooms with the possibility placing a child bed, a large balcony, A/C, a luxurius bathroom with two beds as well as a closet for towels and sheets. It is connected with the lower floor with te internal marble stair leading to the lounge with the stone fire place and the 40'' SAMSUNG TV. There is a second bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with state of the last electrical appliances BOSCH. A dining table is both inside and outside on the elevated veranda with the panoramic view. Access to the sea is easy by road on foot (250 meters distance). It is a beautiful and quiet area with quick access to the villages and beaches arround.
