The location is awesome. The beach view and the spacious terrace are perfect for morning coffee. There is a good Isalos taverna right behind the property. The beach in front is good enough when you want to spend a lazy day without driving to Ammolofoi beach bars. Evgenia is friendly and tries to answear your questions and requests when possible. She recommended to us the Liquid beach and it'was really good. The apartment is spacious and clean. Evegenia left for us welcome treats like coffee, water, wine and sweets which was beyond our expectations.

The property is at the perfect location - beachfront. The apartment is very cosy and ideal for 2 ppl. It has everything that you might need - iron, hairdryer, 2 TVs, fully equipped kitchen, air-condition, etc. The host is so carrying and she left a welcome treats for us. Definitely recommend the place.

We love the location of the place and we are in love with the balcony, it's definitely our favourite part of the apartment and we spent most of the time there. Evgenia is really kind, response and supportive host. She makes sure to help resolve whatever issue one might have. This was our second stay and we are definitely going to visit again.

Everything was fantastic. Very clean and tidy apartment with a huge balcony and sea view. It is located in a quiet area and in the same time very close to the town center. The nearest restaurant is just 10m away and the food is amazing everywhere.

Well, we have been in Nea Peramos before, but this was our best family vacation in Greece. The apartment is new and therefore is very comfortable and everything works very well, even the wi-fi, or the coffee machine. The TV is new and connected to wi-fi, so you can easy watch your favorite videos on YouTube. And this is truly a beach apartment with a super big balcony (it is much bigger than in the photos) with an amazing view. Evghenia is a professional host, she speaks a great English which is not an ordinary think in Greece, and for us this was really helpful, as we don't speak any Greek. And something unusual but super pleasant, it was that Eveghenia left for us cold water in the fridge and coffee tablets! And it was a super good coffee, much better than we had at the beach bars. Местоположението е страхотно. Апартамента е на самия плаж. Близо е до таверни, до центъра се стига за 10-15 минути пеша а с кола се стига лесно до хубавите плажове на Амолофи. При настаняването имаше страхотни комплименти. В апартамента имаше всичко необходимо. Страхотно място!
