Property is in a very good location, truly ski-in and ski-out. Grocery shop and bakery are only few minutes away. As well, it is quite spacious comparing to other flats in Avoriaz. Originally we took as an apartment for one family, but our close relatives decided to join us last minute and I thought it will be tight for 2 families, but we were absolutely fine, maybe because there were 2 toilets and 2 showers and a bathroom and every family had their own toilet and shower. Apartment has a ski locker on ground floor, which was handy.

Decorated with much care, the apartment has a large lounge 25 m2, 2 armchairs, 2 TV and DVD players, Internet wired and Wifi connection, radio, kitchen corner with a sink and a bar, 4 electric hobs, mini oven, microwave oven, large fridge, dishwasher and washing-machine. 3 bedrooms clearly separated from each other, with many storage spaces, can lodge up to 10 persons : a maximum of 8 adults (12 years old and over) and a total of 10 people More information The space We have just finished to totally renovate and refit your flat : we’ve put our heart and soul into it and hope that you like it as much as we do. We would be most grateful if you could help us keep it clean and damage-free. It is only thanks to your co-operation that we are able to maintain such top quality standards. From the balconies, one adjacent to the living room, one to the master bedroom you will be able to enjoy splendid views, even at night! Non smoking apartment. Animals and skiing equipment are strictly forbidden in the flat, including on the balconies. The skiing lockers for this flat are Nos. 404 and 405, which are located in the ground floor ski room. In winter season, check in time is between 5 and 8 pm. However, should you arrive earlier, please contact us beforehand and we will do our utmost to arrange for early check in. Check out time is between 8am and 12pm. In summer season, check in and check out time are very flexible. Please contact us.
Je connais bien Avoriaz J’habite Londres avec ma famille et suis originaire de Thonon. Nous avons 3 enfants de 20,19 et 15 ans qui adorent le ski et le surf.
The Epicea residence**** has been recently built on an outstanding spot of Avoriaz 1800, mythical ski resort of the French Alps, in the very center of the village, half way from main shops and from La Falaise accommodation area. It allows direct access to and from the ski slopes from December to April. It is also located very close to “Aquariaz” water center paradise. It faces South and takes advantage from a generous sun. Without any building close around, the view from the residence is unrestricted.
