This Classic chalet is located in a unique park that used to be a hotel of "Mazots" (small rustic stone and wood farmhouses). It's the lower level of a 2 story chalet with lots of space for a small family or 2 couples. *1.2km to Chamonix Center 1.4km to L'Aiguille du Midi cable car *2.4km to Brevent cable car *2km to grocery shop *1.2km to the bakery *All sheets and towels included *Large parking area ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Please check your Airbnb Messages for the guidebook. It will have all the check-in instructions plus more! The apartment is 60m2 & does not have Wifi. ***PETS*** This apartment does not allow ANY pets, sorry ***SMOKING*** All we ask is that you do not smoke in the apartment. The patio is private, we can only ask you to please respect the rules and smoke outside. ***BEDS*** The 1st bedroom has a double bed 140X190 The 2nd bedroom has a double bed 140X190 and a bunkbed We include all bed sheets and towels, but please tell us which beds you will be using. There are beds for 6 guests but we only allow 4 guests here and only put sheets on the beds you want to use. ***KITCHEN*** The kitchen has all the basic amenities you need to cook, including a stove, hot plate, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, pots pans and all dinnerware. ***LIVING ROOM*** The living room has a couch. You will find a TV with cable, DVDs and some board games. We want you to truly enjoy the outdoors and explore the beautiful mountains of Chamonix Mont Blanc. The apartment is off the main road and is close to everything you need. Guest access Please refer to the guidebook we send you for detailed instructions. Other things to note The start of the Tour du Mont Blanc in front of the tourist office. if you need any information or advice don't hesitate to ask!
