DISTRIBUTION Semi-renovated penthouse with capacity for 5 people and 2 bedrooms. It consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen. Master bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom (added through construction) with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. Second outdoor shower with hot water. And a spectacular terrace with sea views. - Single sofa bed in the living room. Maximum capacity of 5 people. - 1 air conditioning unit in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. - Group reservations are not accepted. - Outdoor parking space. Upon request and with an additional fee. - The elevator does not reach the floor. You have to climb the last floor by the stairs. - The second bedroom can be accessed from the terrace or from the bathroom. The indoor shower is located in the bedroom area (check the pictures carefully).
