Description
Begonia maculata wightii is a plant native to Brazil and Argentina. The wightii variety has large, oval, slightly wavy leaves, dark green with numerous white / silver spots. The underside of its leaves is garnet red. It blooms in a cluster of spectacular white flowers. It can be grown both indoors and outdoors as long as it does not suffer from frost.
- Light: semi-shade, never direct sun
- Irrigation: moderate, avoid waterlogging
- Temperature range: 13 - 30 ºC
- Substratum: rich in organic matter and well drained to prevent root rot. We recommend our general substrate
