Theis is a perfect light to help you indoor plants to to grow healthy and strong, it has different levels of light setting and a timer that you can set so you don't need to worry about turning off and on just set timer and done, I am very happy with the performance and durability of this light, a bit pricey but worth every penny

I decided this year I would try and over-winter my scorpion chilli plants which I had grown from seed at the start of 2019. The plant had grown very well but had simply run out of warm weather before producing anything.

I brought the plant inside sometime in October and it seemed happy enough untill late December where it started dropping a lot of leaves obviously due to lack of sunlight so I decided to give these grow lights a try.

I'm happy to report that in less than 2 weeks the plant is in full recovery! Where it had dropped leaves it is now sprouting new leaves and seems to be in good condition overall.

The lights themselves seem very good quality with 4 light "branches" that can be angled and positioned pretty much anywhere. The base uses a spring loaded clamp that is best attached to 0.5 -1 inch deep surface so you will need to bear this in mind before buying.

The timer gives you a few options for how long the lights will stay on (3h, 9h, 12h, all the time) but no way of setting when that time duration will start. It is simply from when you turn them on. For example if you turn the lights on at 11am and select 12hours then they will run from 11am - 11pm. Not really a problem - plants don't really care what time it is! You can also select the light type and brightness but I just left mine on ALL and FULL POWER!

I would say the lights are powerful enough to easily provide light of as many plants as you can fit under them. Probably 2-3 medium sized plants and quite a lot of seedlings.

They lights don't seem to draw much power as they are LEDs so no real power usage to worry about.

Very pleased with them and would definitely recommend them.

It works fine, plants doing well but only has red and blue lights, so I don’t like the lighting that gives to the room and also the plants look all brown under those lights, not that pretty to look at. I moved the grow station out of my living room because it just doesn’t look good.

I've only had the lights for a week so my plants haven't grown noticeably, but they are responding to the light by leaning towards it. The timer function works well and there are many adjustable features (brightness, light position, light colour, number of lights in use). The controls are fairly intuitive and basic instructions were included. The clip is pretty sturdy; the ledge I originally wanted to clip it to (a dado rail) is too wide and shallow, however, so I had to rig up something else, but it fits very securely on most horizontal ledges/shelves/tables/etc. It couldn't quite support its own weight when clipped on a vertical ledge, unfortunately. This is its only fault so far, but it wasn't clear when I bought it that it needs to be on a horizontal ledge, so for this reason I knocked 5 stars down to 4. I'm considering removing the clip and attaching the lights directly to something else, which looks like it will be a straightforward job. I have them on for 4 hours every day and it hasn't had a big impact on my electricity costs (I have a prepayment meter, so I see straight away). Out of curiosity, I also tried putting my solar battery bank under the lights and was pleased to see that it began to charge! I'm sure there are more powerful lights out there if you can afford to spend more, but these ones are great for people on a budget or who want an easily adjustable light.

I wanted a grow light to keep a clump of plants alive in a dark corner of our room. Unfortunately, I never get to see the luscious greenery of the plants because the light makes everything look brown. I've only had the light a week or so, so I've no idea whether it helps the plants grow ... I imagine it does if it's really on the spectrum between 400 and 700 nm (which the blurb says it is). However, aesthetically speaking, I don't recommend it because I can't enjoy looking at my lovely plants when their natural colour is obscured by the light. If you just want a grow light to help your plants grow, then this lamp is probably good for that. If you want to gaze admiringly at your little jungle, this isn't the light for you due to the fact that you can't see them properly! I've started a return and have bought the variation of this lamp which contains just a red/white light. Not sure if the white light does anything but if I can see green leaves I'll be happy - and the red light is on the proper spectrum so it should support growth. This particular grow light - the red/blue one feels to be a sturdy light, well made, quite attractive, it has a 5 foot 7 inch lead, approx, which ends with a USB joint, but the USB joint fits into a 3-prong UK plug so you can plug it into the wall or a USB joint. Happy with everything about it except for the fact that when the light is on, the colour of my plants are exactly the same as the photos - dirty browny-grey :-( The pinky-purpley photograph shows the blue and red light on together. The red light on its own looks more orange. In my opinion, the red light on its own isn't pleasant to look at and when the red and blue light are on together, I find the colour disturbing, it's a deep pink colour. This isn't a negative against the lamp per se, it's just that it 'feels' uncomfortable for some reason, not natural to look at, hence I couldn't recommend it for someone's front room unless you're 'into' pink lights.
