Oddly enough, the GameCube was region locked but this attachment wasn't which I thought was weird. Regardless, if you want to pick one of these bad boys up, do it. IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE CD --> BUT <-- there are ways to get around spending +$100 for a CD. You just have to do some googling!Works as intended, I haven't had a problem with mine.

Look folks. This item clearly states within it that it does NOT come with the disc required to use this with your gamecube... But it still riles me nonetheless. The product is good, and useful if you have th disc! (Albeit the discs are sometimes incredibly expensive and hard to find and MUST be of the region your GameCube hails from!)

The price was exceptional.

The product arrived in less than half the time advertised. In fact if I had waited until it was supposed to arrive to check the post office, I would have already missed my two week window to pick it up. Luckily this didn't happen.

It was fully functional, it had several scratches on the outside, it had not been cleaned internally, and I found a couple dead bugs on the inside, but this is all to be expected when buying used.

The description did not say whether it would include the start up disc. It did not, and I did not expect it to, especially at this price. I would not have been able to use the Japanese startup disc on my GameCube anyway.

Overall I am quite satisfied.
