About Our Name
Isla's Garden Seeds
Isla (pronounced Eye-Luh) is the youngest in our family. We named our company after her because she is the anchor for the six of us, filling our home with a playful, vibrant, colorful joy, akin to a garden. If you've purchased seeds since the formation of our business in 2017, you may have received a rare packet with her photo on the front.

None of the seeds sprouted
I started these seeds exactly according to the instructions and recommendations and not one sprouted- they are all duds. As you can see, I was able to successfully seed and sprout other seeds bought elsewhere, but not one of nasturtiums has even barely sprouted in nearly 3 weeks of being seeded. The second pic is of one of the nasturtiums I dug out of the soil to show it hasn’t changed at all from planting it 3 weeks ago. These must be either really old seeds or were heat or cold damaged in storage before being sent to me (I planted them as soon as they arrived 2-day mail). Bummer!!
