i9 processor, mini pc, 32 GBs of ram, Gen 4 M2 SSD - need I say more? It is worth the value for me to get all of this in a small form factor. Works flawlessly and everything loads up lighting fast. Only con is the noise. The fan starts up pretty often. However I went into the bios to change the fan settings to the quiet mode so that it is more bearable.

Includes extra slots for an extra 2.5" SSD and another M2 SSD if you wish to increase capacity. Ram and storage capacity is also swappable up to 64 gb ram and 2 TB storage.

I was thinking of building my own computer to get an i9 13900H Processor, 32G of RAM, and 2T of storage. Then I found the Geekom Mini IT13. I ordered and received it in 2 days from Amazon. Never mind all the benchmark tests; all reviewers get overly technical with specs and generally test for gaming performance. I wanted a system that could run 4 monitors, handle PhotoShop, have expandability, have plenty of high-speed USB, including a USB C, and be in a small form factor. The addition of an SD Card was a plus for photography, as well as the WiFi 6E.

This thing is a screamer in the real world. It handles PhotoShop like a standard program. It was a dream to set up, with no errors or hiccups. I plan to purchase another one for Darkroom Pro to handle event photography. It's better than a laptop!

This device has plenty of power for better than average usage and some mid-range gaming. Don't expect to be playing high-end games with max FPS. But I am not a huge gamer, so it is perfect for me. It does well for basic Photo Editing/Photoshop needs, developing in Roblox and some light Unreal development, and designing in 3d design for 3d printing. Of probably an overkill for anyone just wanting to browse the internet.
Plenty of ports for needs, love the 2 HDMI monitor support and I added an adapter to allow me to run 4 monitors at 1080p. I could not be happier with this purchase.

For the price, it has been a great addition to my gaming solution. The embedded video is subpar when running some games at 4K (2022 Microsoft Flight Simulator and Steam’s LEGO® Star Wars™: The Skywalker Saga Galactic Edition are too slow when running at full resolution with a 60Hz 4K monitor). However, I knew this when purchasing. Call of Duty Modern Warfare, on the other hand, runs great. Visual Studio and Microsoft Office apps are wicked fast. Boot time is fast (even on a slower Windows 11 restart).

Their support is less stellar. It is via email, so slow. They recommended a BIOS upgrade but didn’t provide a download link or information on how to get (their support area for the device doesn’t indicate any BIOS downloads). Windows 11 Pro 22H2 came pre-installed and it took additional effort by getting the full Windows 11 Pro upgrade from Microsoft’s website to get it upgraded to 23H2 (Windows Update didn’t provide the feature update). No issues with 23H2.

With this product, you get the computation power for your money. I was able to transfer 10Gb in less than 2mn using the USB port. The graphics is adequate. I have two screens and it's working just fine. The fan is relatively loud . I use it on my desk so, I got used to it.

I have had it long enough to feel I can evaluate it adequately. First of all, right out of the box I was astonished at how small this computer is. How can it be more than a toy? The I-9 version that I purchased started out well, but the graphics on my monitor was just substandard. I felt that without Nvidia that would be it, but after tweeking my monitor and computer settings, the quality is amazing - very little difference between it and my computer with a state-of-the-art Nvidia card. Now that totally blew me away. I have 32GB Ram and have pushed the machine with some demanding games and graphics, only to be repeatedly astounded. When you get this computer, take your time to set up the monitor to take full advantage of its graphics capabilities and you will be more than pleased. I have a very new desktop computer that is 30 times bigger, yet performs little to no better than my GEEKOM. Shocked, expectations far exceeded, amazed. Yep, that is how I feel. Excellent computer!

Yo estoy satisfecho en general con el funcionamiento y las prestaciones, sin embargo tengo la costumbre de escuchar el sonido mediante earbuds, y el bluetooth tiene muy poco alcance, a los 4 metros ya se corta, no me parece normal.

Habe den PC jetzt mehrere Wochen in Gebrauch und bin vollauf zufrieden. Der Kundendienst bemüht sich sehr, mir gewisse Fragen zu beantworten. Die FIrma GEEKOM sollte versuchen den PC alternativ mit einer 512 SSD auszurüsten. Ich mußte eine externe Festplatte dazukaufen. Ich habe ein sehr kleines Büro, dabei ist es sehr schön , daß ich auf dem Schreibtisch ein kleines Gerät (10 x 10 cm) habe. Ich kann den PC wärmsten empfehlen; insbesondere auch wenn man viel auf reisen ist. Dann hat man nicht nur seine Unterlagen sondern auch seine Software dabei. DEr PC mit Kundendienst bekommt 5 Sterne.

Great little machine

I'm a newbie when it comes to the new mini PC's. Compared to my old desktop, which I've had for at least 10 years, it looks like a mouse against goliath. That said, when you look at its specs it's clearly a serious piece of equipment. It comes with Windows 11 pro pre-installed. Obviously I was quite nervous about a machine this small performing as well as described, but I needn't have worried. Once I had connected everything to it's numerous ports and to my 5g wifi network it was a breeze to sign into Windows and configure from there. A week later and all is not only well, but is performing way better than my old, much larger machine, which was clearly wearing out. I've also managed to expand the RAM memory to 16gb (double the installed). Contrary to what the sales pitch says the installed memory should only be doubled, as this is the recommendation for the Intel Celeron processor installed. You won't get any better performance by expanding to 32gb, and there are only 2 RAM slots in the machine anyway. The internal memory can also be expanded up to 1tb if needed. Everything on screen works super fast with no lag. Also the machine is extremely quiet. I've not heard a murmor from it and it's on 24/7. I also have my emby server on it, with all my media on an external HD, and the server works perfectly well. I'm trying hard to find any fault with it to be honest. For everyday use this is perfect for my needs. However if you are a serious gamer you would probably need a machine with higher specs. Overall I'm extremely pleased I made the investment. At the price especially, this is a bargain piece of quality equipment. It's solidly made, and looks attractive too. It's also portable of course because of its size. A big thumbs up from me.
