I am so very happy I found this. It works and causes no side effects other than lower blood sugar. This is also the correct source of Berberine for lowering your blood sugar. No more loose stools, no more gas all day long, and no stomach discomfort. I take 1 cap. 3 times a day with meals. This is the best kept secret on Amazon. Please don't stop selling or making this.

O bought this for insulin resistance. I had been taking a liquid extract, but switched to the capsules because there are more servings per bottle. I was disappointed that my fasting sugars have not gone down, however, my A1c went from 5.9 to 5.6 in a month, and my blood lipid levels dropped 3 point! Wow!!!
