General information

Hotel Fantazia consists of three parts Standard, Superior and Deluxe, offering 415 accommodation units. The hotel has a 4.800 m² swimming pool, on its 600 m long beach with a pontoon from which you can enter the untouched part of the underwater world, a modern SPA center, several restaurants and bars. Within the hotel, there is also a part of Fantazia Deluxe, which is intended only for guests over 16 years old.

For children there is a swimming pool, playground and animations.

Beach

The hotel has its own 600m long beach with a gradual entrance to the sea with a coral reef, which attracts a large number of lovers of the underwater world. The use of umbrellas and sunbeds is free for hotel guests. Most of it is a nicely done swimming area with shallow water, one part is with a normal sandy entrance. The hotel also has a part of the beach intended only for adults.

Accommodation

The hotel has 415 accommodation units and all of them have a balcony/terrace, air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, safe, kettle, mini bar is free only once, after that it is refilled daily with water at no extra charge. The hotel is divided into three parts: Standard, Superior and Deluxe (intended only for adults 16+)

Standard room have an area of 46m², sea view or side sea view, maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children or 3+1.
Superior rooms have an area of 46m², sea view, can contain a double bed or twin beds.
Deluxe rooms have an area of 46m², sea view and are only for adults.

Food and drink

The service in the hotel is All inclusive - breakfast, lunch and dinner (self-service - choice of several dishes according to hotel rules). The concept includes snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The hotel offers two restaurants - Fantazia main restaurant and Valentina (a la carte). Several bars are available to guests - Gazebo, Cave, Relax Beach, Le Mirage Discotheque, Lobby, Pool, Lagoon Beach Bar, and Bedouin Tent.

You need to pay it: Sea Food restaurant, Bedouin Tent, ice cream, imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and everything else outside the concept.

THE UNIQUE PRICE OF THE ARRANGEMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

· Travel health insurance. The costs of examination and treatment abroad are extremely high.

· Egyptian visa: for citizens of Serbia (passengers who are not citizens of Serbia are obliged to familiarize themselves with the visa regime of the country they are traveling to. The costs of missed flights, hotel services and all other contracted, paid and unused services resulting from not having a visa will be considered cancellation on the day of travel according to the general conditions of travel) can be purchased when entering Egypt (currently around $25) or can be obtained individually at the Egyptian Embassy in Belgrade, Andre Nikolića Street 12, tel. 011/2650-585 with travel confirmation, voucher, airline tickets, one copy for each passenger and two photos (size 4x6 cm on a white background, costs $12 (paid only in USD), the procedure takes two weeks, the passport must valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of exit from Egypt.

· Individual transfer (min. 2 adults), in Hurghada and Sahl Hasheesh €30 per person, El Gouna and Makadi Bay €40 per person, Soma Bay €50 per person, check the price of individual transfer to Marsa Alam with the agency. Children up to 1.99 free (do not have a seat in the vehicle), children from 02-11.99 pay 50%. Additional payment is not mandatory, because the group transfer is included in the price of the arrangement.

REMARK: All taxes, including the YQ fuel surcharge, are subject to change and are paid at the agency's offices or to an account in the dinar equivalent at the mid-rate of the NBS before departure. The amount of the YQ tax, which represents fuel compensation, is determined according to the price of fuel at the time of publishing the travel program and concluding the contract with the airlines. If there is a change in the price of fuel by the time of departure due to fluctuations in the market, the amount of the YQ tax will be subsequently calculated according to the price of fuel valid at the time of departure, based on the official notification of the airline. Passengers will be informed in writing about the change in the price of air transportation and will be obliged to pay the difference to the travel organizer, which was communicated to the passengers in the travel program as an integral part of the travel contract and which the passengers accepted by signing the travel contract.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

· All prices are expressed in euros. Payment is made exclusively in dinar equivalents at the official middle exchange rate of the NBS on the day of payment.

· For a reservation, an advance payment of at least 50% is required upon registration (in case the reservation is not confirmed within 48 hours, this amount is returned).

· Payment of the remaining amount is made no later than 15 days before the start of the trip.

· These provisions are stipulated in the General Conditions of Travel 1 A TRAVEL DOO.

· Due to changes in the monetary market, agency 1 A TRAVEL reserves the right to correct prices for the unpaid part of the arrangement.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

· ADVANCE - in cash, payment cards or through an account, 50% at the time of booking, and the rest in accordance with the terms of the reservation, by the date specified in the price list for early payments or no later than 15 days before the trip.

· PAYMENT CARDS (Visa, Dina, Master, Maestro, American Express).

· PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS without interest with Bank Intesa credit cards (up to 6 installments). When making a reservation, an advance of 50% of the total price of the arrangement is paid in cash, and the rest in installments.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

· Discounts for children are valid when accompanied by a minimum of two adults, unless otherwise indicated in the price list.

· The YQ tax is included in the price of the arrangement, which represents fuel compensation, in the amount defined by the contract with the airline. The amount of YQ fees is subject to change and depends on the change in fuel prices in the market. In the event of an increase in fees, the passenger is obliged to make the additional payment before starting the trip.

· Additional beds in rooms that can accommodate more than two people can be armchairs or sofas with smaller dimensions than a standard bed.

· The designation of the hotel category in the program is officially determined and valid on the day of the conclusion of the contract between the organizer and the foreign partner. Possible subsequent changes that are not known to the organizer cannot be relevant. The number of stars in our brochure is according to the official national Egyptian categorization of hotels.

· The prices of the arrangements are for the market of the Republic of Serbia (passengers with citizenship of the Republic of Serbia) and the immediate region, for travelers from other regions and the EU, hoteliers can apply other prices depending on the market from which the passengers come.

· Allocating rooms in the hotel is done by the reception upon arrival. Agency 1 A Travel will forward your requests and wishes, but is not able to guarantee them (floor space, view, bed type, exact location within the hotel complex, etc., distance from the beach, restaurants, etc., if the offer is not correct and specifically highlighted type and type of room). Pictures of the rooms in the catalog and on the website are provided for information. Most hotels have several types of rooms, so hotel accommodation does not have to be in the room pictured. Accommodation is in standard (double) rooms, unless otherwise stated.

· All rooms in all hotels in Egypt offered by 1 A Travel are air-conditioned. However, the air conditioning system is different and depends on the hotel policy and the season. In some hotels, the rooms are not air-conditioned 24 hours a day. Hoteliers reserve the right to limit air conditioning to a certain number of hours a day, depending on weather conditions.

· A certain number of hotels offer rooms with a sea view at a special price or with an appropriate surcharge. Only in those hotels can 1 A Travel guarantee accommodation in a room with a sea view. In other hotels, such rooms are available upon request and cannot be guaranteed. We should also take into account the fact that such architectural solutions and shapes (arched or triangular) were chosen for hotels in Egypt that as many rooms as possible face the sea. Therefore, the rooms that are stated to have a sea view, in most cases have a side view of the sea, not a direct one. Rooms with double beds exist in a certain number of hotels and their availability cannot be guaranteed. A certain number of hotels have part of the rooms in the main building, the other part in the club or annex. If the price list emphasizes the location of the room, then it is guaranteed, if it is not, then it cannot be guaranteed and the "Run of house" rule applies, that is, the reception determines the location of the room according to availability at the time of the guests' arrival.

· It is planned to enter the hotel rooms after 15:12 on the first day, and to leave the rooms on the last day no later than XNUMX:XNUMX. Any use of rooms and services in the hotel after the defined time requires additional payments that are made directly at the hotel reception.

· In all hotels, the service is based on the principle of self-service - a choice of several dishes according to the hotel terms, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. The hotel's rule is that due to the insufficient number of passengers, in some periods a menu is served instead of a buffet table, which does not affect the quality of the service provided.

· In the case of a late evening flight and arriving at the hotel after dinner, most hotels do not serve dinner in that case and do not compensate for the meal on the last day. In the case of an early morning flight and departure from the hotel before the start of breakfast, most hotels do not serve breakfast in that case and do not compensate for the meal on the last day. The content of the All Inclusive service is different from hotel to hotel and guests start using the service from the moment they check in to the hotel, and end with the All Inclusive service when they check out of the room.

· Dress code is mandatory during meals in all hotels (prohibition of entry in bathing suits and shorts, formal way of dressing).

· The travel organizer reserves the right to make changes in the travel program (order of individual contents in the program) depending on the objective circumstances.

· The duration of the transfer from Hurghada airport to the hotel also depends on the number of passengers who have a transfer to different hotels in the same region. The transfer from Hurghada Airport to the hotel in Marsa Alam takes about 3 hours.

· Every passenger is obliged to have a valid travel document and is obliged to submit their passport number when registering for a trip at the point of sale. Travelers who are not citizens of Serbia are obliged to familiarize themselves with the visa regime of the country they are traveling to. The Agency does not value the validity of the travel document, is not responsible for its validity and is not responsible in case the border authorities prevent the passenger from crossing. In the case of not obtaining a visa, the traveler is considered to have abandoned the trip, and the expenses for the cancellation are charged according to the General Travel Conditions.

· Flight times are preliminary and are subject to change depending on traffic conditions (availability of aircraft at the airline, congestion at the Belgrade and destination airports), which can be difficult in the summer season. The flight time is confirmed two days before the trip and the passengers are then informed about it. The flight time for the return flight is communicated to the passengers by the representative personally, through a notice board or a written message, usually one day before the return. We ask passengers to check all times at the agency or with an agency representative. The price of the trip is calculated according to the number of overnight stays. The moment of departure from Belgrade counts as the beginning of the arrangement, and the departure from Egypt as the end of the arrangement. The agency is obliged to perform these take-offs on the days specified in the program. The number of days specified in the program includes the first (day of departure) and the last day (day of return). All departure and return dates are listed in the price list tables. There are no seat classes on flights like on regular lines. It is not possible to reserve a specific seat on the plane in advance.

· Travel documentation (vouchers and airline tickets) can be picked up at the agency, 2 days before the departure date.

· Passengers can carry up to 23 kg of checked-in luggage and one bag as hand luggage. Scissors, manicure sets and other sharp metal objects, as well as any kind of liquid, are not allowed in hand luggage, which is prescribed by the rules of order and business of all airlines. The tour operator assumes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen luggage. Passengers exercise all their rights in relation to lost or damaged luggage by contacting the carrier or accommodation service provider directly, according to international or domestic regulations and applicable regulations.

· Airline personnel have the right, at their own discretion, not to allow a pregnant woman to board, unless she has a doctor's certificate certifying that she is fit to fly. Those certificates have a validity period, so you should pay attention to that both when you leave for the trip and when you return.

· The organizer is not responsible for the implementation of optional local excursions organized by foreign partners

· 1 A Travel representatives and transfer buses await passengers at the airport in Egypt and have agency markings for easy identification. The regulations do not allow the representatives to gather a group in the airport building, so passengers are waiting immediately after leaving the building or in the parking lot. Due to the large number of hotels and passengers, it is sometimes not possible for a representative to escort all passengers to the reception. The representative visits all hotels within 48 hours of arrival. The representative will leave his phone number on the bulletin board, through an info letter, or in another way and inform passengers about the times of info-meetings and excursions. In case of any problem, passengers are asked to inform the representative about it at the first info-meeting or by phone on the first days of their stay, so that it can be dealt with. Complaints due to problems that the agency learns about on the last day of the stay or upon the passenger's return will not be considered.

· Air Cairo: The arrangement is based on a minimum of 50 passengers per shift and 100 passengers per plane. In case of an insufficient number of sold seats on the regular route of Air Cairo, some emergency situations, the airline and the agency reserve the right to cancel the trip, of which they are obliged to inform the passenger at least 5 days before departure. Air Serbia: The minimum number for the trip is 100 passengers. For departures in which a smaller number of passengers than the minimum number has been registered, the travel organizer has the right to transfer passengers to a direct flight or through other airports. In case of an insufficient number of registered passengers, the agency reserves the right to cancel the trip, of which it is obliged to inform the passenger at least 5 days before departure.

· Prices may be adjusted according to the General Conditions of Travel, and in case of changes in the monetary market or changes in carrier tariffs.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

· All prices are expressed in euros. Payment is made exclusively in dinar equivalents at the official mid-rate of the NBS on the day of payment.

· For a reservation, an advance payment of at least 50% is required upon registration (in case the reservation is not confirmed within 48 hours, this amount is returned).

· Payment of the remaining amount is made no later than 15 days before the start of the trip.

· These provisions are stipulated in the General Conditions of Travel 1 A TRAVEL DOO.

· Due to changes in the monetary market, agency 1 A TRAVEL reserves the right to correct prices for the unpaid part of the arrangement.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

· ADVANCE - in cash, payment cards or via account, 50% at the time of booking, and the rest in accordance with the conditions of the reservation, by the date specified in the price list for early payments or no later than 15 days before the trip.

· PAYMENT CARDS (Visa, Dina, Master, Maestro, American Express).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

· Discounts for children are valid when accompanied by a minimum of two adults, unless otherwise indicated in the price list.

· Additional beds in rooms that can accommodate more than two people can be armchairs or sofas with smaller dimensions than a standard bed.

· The designation of the hotel category in the program is officially established and valid on the day of the conclusion of the contract between the organizer and the foreign partner. Possible subsequent changes that are not known to the organizer cannot be relevant. The number of stars in our brochure is according to the official national Egyptian categorization of hotels.

· Allocating rooms in the hotel is done by the reception upon arrival. Agency 1 A Travel will forward your requests and wishes, but is not able to guarantee the same (floor space, view, bed type, exact location within the hotel complex, etc., distance from the beach, restaurants, etc., if the offer is not correct and specifically highlighted type and type of room). Pictures of the rooms in the catalog and on the website are provided for information. Most hotels have several types of rooms, so hotel accommodation does not have to be in the room pictured. Accommodation is in standard (double) rooms, unless otherwise stated.

· In all hotels, the service is based on the principle of self-service - a choice of several dishes according to the hotel's terms, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon. The hotel's rule is that due to the insufficient number of passengers, in some periods a menu is served instead of a buffet table, which does not affect the quality of the service provided.

· Dress code is mandatory during meals in all hotels (prohibition of entry in bathing suits and shorts, formal way of dressing).

· The travel organizer reserves the right to make changes in the travel program (order of individual contents in the program) depending on the objective circumstances.

· The duration of the transfer from Marsa Alam airport to the hotel depends on the number of passengers who have a transfer to different hotels in the same region.

· Every passenger is obliged to have a valid travel document and is obliged to submit their passport number when registering for a trip at the point of sale. Travelers who are not citizens of Serbia are obliged to familiarize themselves with the visa regime of the country they are traveling to. The Agency does not value the validity of the travel document, is not responsible for its validity and is not responsible in case the border authorities prevent the passenger from crossing. In the case of not obtaining a visa, the traveler is considered to have abandoned the trip, and the costs of the cancellation are charged according to the General Travel Conditions.

· Travel documentation (vouchers and airline tickets) can be picked up at the agency, 2 days before the departure date.

· Airline personnel have the right to refuse boarding to a pregnant woman at their own discretion, unless she has a doctor's certificate certifying that she is fit to fly. Those certificates have a validity period, so you should pay attention to that both when you leave for the trip and when you return.

· The organizer is not responsible for the implementation of optional local excursions organized by foreign partners

· Air Serbia: The minimum number for the trip is 100 passengers. For departures in which a smaller number of passengers than the minimum number has been registered, the travel organizer has the right to transfer passengers to a direct flight or through other airports. In case of an insufficient number of registered passengers, the agency reserves the right to cancel the trip, of which it is obliged to inform the passenger at least 5 days before departure.

· Prices may be adjusted according to the General Conditions of Travel, and in case of changes in the monetary market or changes in carrier tariffs.

· 1 A Travel doo is not responsible for any other verbal information about the travel program.

· Agency 1 A Travel doo reserves the right to change the order of program content due to extraordinary circumstances beyond its control.
