Very impressed with this beautiful and lovely hotel and would definitely return here. Excellent service, the breakfast was particularly nice and they have free parking if needed. And the pool is good.

It is ideal hotel with good pool and incredible location to the right market. Fresh dishes can be found in the beach restaurant.

Everything was very good, including above average breakfasts with different options for food. Our room was brand-new with gorgeous view and Tv plus photos to prove, slept well.

The hotel had a wide range of activities and facilities for families with children. The staff at the lobby and kids' facilities were friendly and cooperative. The swimming pool facilities were good, and there were plenty of options for dining with a very good cuisine. The beach was also amazing.

The hotel was lovely and well-maintained, both indoors and outdoors. The variety of food options, although somewhat repetitive, was still enjoyable. The staff were amazing and attentive, especially the kids club staff. The facilities for families were excellent. Despite some minor drawbacks, our stay at Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Topkapi Palace was one of the best holidays we've had with our kids. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food selection & the food quality. There could be problems if you are an vegetarian . Then inform the hotel in advance , they shall prepare something for you.

My wife and I stayed for one day and have enjoyed every minute. The staff was always ready to answer your questions with smiles! We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, however, the staff was very hospitable and asked as to have a drink and join the lunch buffet while they clean the room. Although the hotel provides free drinks, breakfast, Lunch and diner, their excellent and generous dishes are never empty. They provide different types of food at different places. If you don’t like buffet food, there are other two restaurants where you can get excellent serviced food for free. Soft and other all type of alcoholic drinks are available most of the day for free. I will definitely revisit and recommend it to friends.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with new furniture. The food and desserts were delicious and of high quality. The staff was very kind and quick in fulfilling requests. The hotel had great facilities including a grass soccer field and beach volleyball court. Good access to tourist sites.
