Species Description
Widespread and fairly common along coasts throughout the West, South (up to Littlehampton) and East Anglia. It is scattered and rare in Ireland and around Edinburgh. Habitat includes: open coastal grassland, sand dunes, shingle, cliffs, disturbed land by the sea, muddy shores etc. Growing habit: Biennial / Perennial. Height: Up to 1.5 m. It has increased.
