The Internationaal Brandweermuseum Rijssen illustrates the history of the fire department. The museum exhibits objects that were used in the past by fire departments all over the world. The collection includes firefighter helmets from different countries, but also pre-war fire apparatus. In addition, the museum exhibits costumes from Rijssen, Delftware, glassware, silver objects, wall tiles and old watches.
