The rooms were tidy and stylish, had smoke detectors for safety. The breakfast was varied and great for all tastes, appetising food. The venue was in a very central location next to the public areas, tulip fields, Keukenhof, Noordwijk beach as well as other tourist spots nearby and the centrum of Amsterdam.

The hotel has extremely helpful and responsive staff at the reception desk. the breakfast is rich and the food is good. the hotel is in a practical location right next to a trolley for luggage and baby stuff, making it easy to get to Amsterdam without a car.

The location here is great with easy access to the motorway, the restaurant offers delicious fresh dishes for dinner, and the service provided is excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed how the comfort queen room was arranged when we arrived. Very central location right by The Netherlands for 8 years, and the key sightseeing locations of the region such as the Nordwijk beach, or the Keukenhof park, it was in an industrialised area. There was a traditional restaurant nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway exit, making it easy to access the beautiful tulip gardens at Keukenhof. Additionally, it is right next to a train station, providing great transportation options. The room service was excellent, and the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities, including a casino, sauna, and fitness center, ensuring that guests have plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The triple room was fairly large with a table and side chairs. The heating was working good. It was quite at night and the landscaping was pleasing.

There was a dirty sock left over from previous guests. I did not like that when I found it.

The hotel of choice in Sassenheim. Brand-new venue with courteous staff and good views to a tulip garden. Great and beautiful location and pretty nice facilities. A reasonably priced restaurant for dinner.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was simply ideal. Being right next to Sassenheim station made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas, and the proximity to the tulip gardens at Keukenhof was an added bonus. Plus, being located right at the highway exit made it easy for me to reach other destinations without any hassle. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. I also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance provided, as it made it easier for me to plan my activities. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the views, and the in-room safe gave me added peace of mind. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

I highly recommend this hotel for families.
