Lovely position, short walk to the sea front. Really pretty sea front and lovely clear sea. Breakfast was alright, the girls were extremely pleasant. It was just a long weekend away, not far from the airport and the opportunity to see the sun. Spotlessly clean, and staff ok. The male receptionist was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Unfortunately people being inconsiderate and banging doors late at night ruined the sleep quality, but ok for a few days and nice view of the bay, if you get the right room

Lovely hotel, fab staff great location. Would definitely go back again & would highly recommend any families or small groups go. Food was lovely. Hotel clean & comfortable. Only fault really was the gluten free selection of which Iam sure will of improved by now

Spotless clean, very comfortable beds. The room was freezing at night time, which is to be expected at night time in January but the heating was not heating up the room, we had it on 2 hours and it done nothing only made noise. The pool area is very small and could imagine it being hectic during the peak months. I would definitely stay here again though.

Stayed here as most hotels closed for the season. Room was clean, aircon/heating unit a bit noisy. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast served across the street was fair. Everything you would expect from a 3 star out of season.

Cute balconies overlooking the sea. 24 hour check in. Breakfast was free! Temperature in the room was quite cold especially since it was a January visit but there was 2 extra blankets in the room to help.

Good for a 5 night stay OK staff everything you need the best thing was the breakfast in restraunt across the road all included and it was fabulous, comfy bed , ask for a kettle and they will give you one no problem , lovely rumba bar 1 min across the road friendly Andreas free nibbles and nice drinks & good price , easy to get to palma which I love ❤️

Lovely little hotel on the quieter but prettier side of Santa Ponsa bay. Stayed b&b which was continental but fine. Lots of bars and restaurants around if it didn’t suit your taste. The staff were so friendly and the cleaners were excellent and came into the room everyday. Our room was on the 5th floor and the views across the bay were stunning. There’s also a roof terrace on the 5th floor too if you didn’t fancy sunbathing at the pool. The beach is only a 5 min walk away and a 10 min walk from the busier half of the bay. Would definitely return to this hotel and would say it’s definitely more geared towards adults

Nothing unique about this property as we stayed out of season but was clean and staff polite. Very quiet area. We had our breakfast in the restaurant across the street. Wi-fi internet very very slow so useless.

The hotel is on the quieter side of the bay so we slept well. The hotel room was basically furnished and the bed ok for me but my friend did not sleep well as the mattresses are solid. Decor in mostof the hotel is tired and needs sprucing up. Air con worked fine in the room. Disappointed we were at the rear of the building but as we were out most of the time it was ok. I am sure we could have asked to move rooms and the staff would have helped as they were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing everything from a Full English, continental, pastries and fruit you name it it was there and the choice was really good even for fussy eaters. The bar area was nice and on the one rainy day guests were able to chill out and enjoy the drinks on offer, unsure if it is a seasonal thing but the bar closed at 5pm and if you wanted a drink after this time you had to go to the shop or local bars. Guests and staff really friendly and the week away was perfect. I would recommend a stay here if you want a cheap and cheerful trip.
