Crystal Mountain Hotel Wisla

We've been at the hotel for several hours now. The hotel is well located, convenient access, signposted. The parking lot is large, spacious, it is easy to move around even for a woman driving :) The staff at the reception is very polite, promptly responds to guests' requests. Large room with a great view. Very clean, everything is new. Large closet, iron in the closet for guests. Coffee, tea, water - just a lot. The bathroom is large, clean and nicely decorated. The pools are beautiful, spacious, very clean, no mold and similar stories (as happens in other hotels). Sun loungers, jacuzzi, children's area. The pools are accessible to everyone, no crowds. Dinner is not easy, the choice is very large, very tasty. The conditions of the pandemic were perfectly organized. That's all at the beginning of our stay :) I hope we will put five at the end too 🙂

Excellent 5 * hotel on the map of Poland. Despite its external dimensions, the hotel surprises with its comfort. Interior design with taste and class. Lobby bar in the shape of a circle does its job. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Spacious rooms with great views. The food in the rooms (in accordance with the restrictions) is served very tasty and, most importantly, the portions are sufficient, and sometimes too large. The wellness area is very spacious, divided into sections for the youngest and the elderly and areas for adults only. Outdoor hot tubs available. Water in hot pools. The sauna area is spacious, and everyone will find something to their liking. Only suggestion, as some guests can't read comprehension and take their kids to the adults only sauna, I would suggest that there is some staff before entering the area. who kindly advises that children should not participate in the activity. Besides, everything is great. I'll come back? I will definitely be back!

Brand new hotel and you feel the freshness of everything. Good equipment, shower stuff etc. Friendly staff members. Beautiful view from balcony, and nice swimming pool. Good enough food in the buffet for dinner....but nothing special...deserts are like on average wedding that you don't want to but must go. Breakfast is brilliant. The unexpected surprise was serving champagne in the morning.
I don't feel the luxury you expect from 5 star hotel and for the price you pay in Poland. Ok, there is a Spa Facilities with good name but that is all from luxury. Balconies are too close to neighbours, not enough privacy. Always busy lifts...
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my stay but from my opinion the hotel just has everything that every brand new hotel should have.
It is well maintained, comfy and well located too...just missing its 5th star....

We've had a great time there, restaurant served a first class food, there were lot of attractions for kids. We strongly recommend this hotel especially if you travel with kids.

Nice room, gym and sauna center. Issue is food, I had the strangest chicken salad ever - horrible fail. Tasting menu was not good.

Brand new, rooms clean and well equipped. Wellness area not big but not crowded either (at least in November). Dr Irena Eris - the massages service located on 1st floor was terrible; the service has a lot of space for development in their profession.

The hotel is amazing! I recommend it to everyone without exception. Together with my fiancé, we had a great time surrounded by beautiful interiors and views, friendly service and blissful relaxation in the pools, saunas and in the office of Dr. Irena Eris. Everyone will find something for themselves, and I'm not only talking about time, but also about food. During the restrictions they are delivered to the rooms and I was a bit wondering how the hotel would take this (because everyone has different tastes regarding food) ... as it turned out they did a great job, I think the kitchen deserves a five plus for a wide choice: a lot of vegetables in any form, fruits, cakes for dinner, additionally something meat and something fish, so really everyone, whether vegan, vegetarian or meat eaters, can enjoy the food :) We will definitely return to Crystal Mountain , I recommend!
