The BBC Micro conversion of Ultimate‘s famous Atic Atac is a little on the chunky side graphically, but it plays pretty well.

Playing as either a Knight, a Wizard or a Serf you must make your way through a maze of doors and rooms to find and reassemble pieces of the key to the exit door. There are three pieces hidden within the haunted castle.

BBC Atic Atac isn’t quite up to the ZX Spectrum original in terms of quality, but it is a classic Beeb game and is well worth a play.
