enchanting place with absolutely friendly staff that work at the reception including the manager, loved it. the location of this hotel near to proper beaches and a more built up area and local night clubs and entertainments was particularly good.

We did not want to leave there and will choose the place for future trips. Our room was welcoming and new-fashioned with nice view. The breakfast was inclusive and great for vegetarians, with plenty of appetising options.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable with a nice balcony and clean bathroom. The location was also convenient, with a large shopping center nearby and some good bars around. The staff were very friendly and hardworking, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety and better tasting options.

Fairly clean hotel in an amazing building not far from the beach. Marvellous location easy to catch taxi to main strip of shops, amazing facilities. Also, easy to get to Red Sea Aquarium.

As young families, we loved the excellent animation team and their fantastic kids programs. The staff, especially Moustaffa, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The two beautiful beaches, one for adults and one safe for children, were a highlight. The hotel's small size made it feel cozy and not crowded. The food was diverse and delicious, similar to our home cuisine. We also appreciated the fluent English spoken by the staff, making communication easy.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the Marina and very close to the centre. It was so convenient to be able to take a leisurely stroll and explore the local shops and restaurants. The staff here were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and polite. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could relax and enjoy the views. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa, swimming pool, and a lovely beachfront area. The entertainment options were also great, with karaoke and a TV room available for guests to enjoy. a fantastic experience!

our summer holiday in hurghada was even better than last time - royal star beach resort exceeded our expectations! the polite and professional staff, european-style rooms, and delicious fresh food made our stay perfect. plus, being a smaller hotel meant it was never crowded during meals, ideal for us diving travelers who just want to relax.

Wifi connection was poor.

The hotel is conveniently located near the marina and has access to two lovely beaches perfect for snorkeling. The staff is polite, and the food has some good options for meals. The room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well.

The towels provided in the room were old and not of good quality.

The hotel staff, especially Moustaffa, deserve special praise for their kindness and exceptional room-cleaning service. The food is diverse and similar to home cuisine, although it would be great to have more fruit options. The onsite souvenir shop is a great place to find unique mementos. The friendly and helpful reception staff makes currency exchange easy and even provides a welcome meal and drinks for late arrivals. the staff really make this resort a memorable experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming resort in Hurghada. The decoration of the hotel was tasteful and had a pleasant ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate and feel comfortable.

I would only request a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could provide more assistance and attention to the needs of older guests.
