I chose this hotel for attending a business forum because it is conveniently located near important event venues such as Lutfi Kirdar Convention Centre, Istanbul Congress Centre, Cemal Resit Rey Concert Hall, and Muhsin Ertugrul Theatre. The hotel's business center was well-equipped, and the staff provided excellent service during my stay.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference space.

The location was MAGNIFICENT - very close to the restaurant, taksim square and istiklal street, and the main square. Also, this hotel was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like a National Palaces Painting museum. I thoroughly enjoyed large and high standard rooms with a nice view.

The staff at Green Park were incredibly helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One specific incident that stood out was when we had a problem with our room's AC. The maintenance staff arrived promptly and fixed the issue in no time. All in all the hotel is wonderful, it has cooperative staff and new-fashioned rooms. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a very nice view and Jacuzzi, as example and care about everyone. The location of the property in Istanbul is particularly good and unbeatable, short walk to many shops and airport shuttle and the metro station and elstiklal street.

The hotel has a great location in close proximity to the center and Taksim square. It is also near a popular bar on the street and the bus station to the airport. The staff is helpful and suggested a good trip on the Bosphorus. The beds are comfortable and the swimming pool is a plus.
The hotel has poor communication and service, with rude staff and a lack of attention to guests' needs.
