Terra Bella is a concept of plants grown in terracotta pots. The terracotta gives the plants that Mediterranean look. It is also a suitable patio allowing the excess water to drain through the hole at the bottom of the pot. The concept started with the Aeonium and has now grown into a range that changes with the seasons. Every 3-4 weeks a new product is presented in the pot.

The range
The range consists of perennial items such as ferns and grasses, supplemented with trendy plants such as Eucalyptus, Heuchera, Callistemom, Leucothoe and Semponium. The plants are mainly grown in pot size 17cm and then repotted in the Terra Bella pot. allowing the plant to grow and develop, the grower guarantees an excellent grown root ball. Aeonium, on the other hand, is grown directly in the pot, this allowing the plant to fully form in the pot.

About the grower
Van der Peijl Tuinplanten produces the Terra Bella concept. The main crops of this grower include Hydrangea, Rhododendron, Viburnum, Ceanothus, Cordyline and Photinia. In total, they have more than 200 different items in their range.

The nursery is modern and certified with MPSA+, MPS-GAP and GRASP. The plastic pots they use are made from recycled material. They are also working on a 40% peat reduction.
