Spacious rooms like in historical movies and welcoming staff. Central heating, a safe box, and TV were convenient.

I stayed 6 nights and would use them next time when visiting Turkey. The hotel was gorgeous and clean, with very-very nice staff specially the Manager and Osman the Receptionist. The property has favourable and the best location adjacent to Istiklal pedestrian street, the sightseeing and Istanbul.

the rooms are new-fashioned and neat and complete with great bed and a balcony, for instance. the breakfast with other vegetables and cheeses, for example is satisfactory for what is offered.

We were in a perfect and excellent location relatively close to Halic. The staff was best and decent and provided friendly service.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, would recommend this place. Thanks all for an amazing stay for 6 nights. They provided a satisfactory breakfast with cooked meats, juice and tomatoes. Throughout the day staff were very-very nice. The location of the hotel was good, to the Ataturk airport.

A Warm and Welcoming Stay at Santa

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Istanbul, and I must say that Hotel Santa Hill provided me with a delightful experience. One of the highlights of my visit was the comfortable and spacious room I was given. The room was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly spacious, allowing me to feel at ease throughout my stay. The staff at Santa Hill were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. In addition, the central location of the hotel made it convenient for me to explore the city and enjoy all the attractions it had to offer. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the breakfast being a bit limited and the occasional strange smell in the room, I would still highly recommend Santa Hill to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Istanbul. I am extremely satisfied with my time at Santa Hill and would gladly return in the future.

The rooms were brand new and so were all the appliances. Everything was very clean. The room was on the 2nd floor but I had no problems sleeping because the windows locked out all the noise. Everyone was very nice and the staff made a genuine effort to help me when I needed it.

The staff did not speak enough english and there was a weird smell in the lobby. The breakfast also could've been better.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on a main boulevard makes it convenient for exploring the city, and the staff provide excellent service. The rooms have basic amenities, including air conditioning and a bathtub, and the Ottoman interior adds a traditional charm. The fact that breakfast is included is a bonus.

The only minor drawback was a slight smell in the room.

The hotel location is near Taksim square, nicely decorated rooms, very helpful stuff. Poor professianalism of the staff is compensated by sincere willing to render good services.

The hotel is situated on the really very busy avenue, the noise of the traffic is 24 hours a day. Try to have the room at the rear side of the hotel. The room I stayed was recently renovated with spacious bathroom, but with very uncomfortable and tiny room.

All the rooms are newly decorated. It is an old building but everyting inside is new.Very clean. Very polite staff. Perhaps one of the best money/value ratio in Instabul. We were delighted by our stay in the hotel.

Poor english from some people of the staff. A little bit noisy because its face is on a main road full of traffic but not very annoying because it has good noise insulation. Typical breakfast (but not poor...)
