The location was fantastic and lovely, to the other activities offered for adults with easy access to the main shopping centre and commercial centres.

We stayed for christmas and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Amazing location and immensely pleasant and accommodating staff were a definite plus.

Plenty of food for breakfast including cereals and fruit. A decent size and brand-new room with an ipad, a sofa, and a balcony, and very comfy bed. Very helpful and flexible staff, particularly good location so close to the mountain.

We were in an apartment with the TV and the orange sofa's plus English channels. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

The hotel suited the needs, it was an amazing stay on holidays. The location was incredible and lovely for exploring this shopping area, next to the big shopping center of Puerto Rico, reasonably-priced Spar & Dino supermarkets and restaurant.

The hotel was what we appreciated during trip. The room was great value for money and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, that's cool. The view was absolutely breathtaking over the sea and the beach.

Marvellous location really close to the other activities offered for adults as well as the pubs walking distance makes it a good choice. Plus, walking distance to Taxi Europa Center.

The location is best possible and perfect, not too far from a public beach.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the nearest beach where you can enjoy the sun and the sea. The view from the room was amazing, with breathtaking vistas of the bay and the surrounding landscape. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been better in terms of variety and quality.

Breakfast very rich and delicious. Rooms clean, with good equipment and from the terrace a wonderful view of the sea. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Since there was currently a construction site and the elevator was also affected, there were always a lot of stairs to overcome. Not recommended for elderly people or people with walking disabilities.

Vi hadde ikke med frokost. Vi likte godt det rommet som vi fikk som nr 2 etter at vi ikke likte det som vi fikk først. Det rommet som vi bodde på var nok ett av de mest solrike på hele hotellet. Gode senger og utstyret i leiligheten var ok.

Folk i resepsjonen var vanskelig å forstå og de hadde vanskelig med å forstå meg. Og trapper var det en del av (min kone er plaget med førligheten ).

This place was ideal and nice for rest. The room was tidy with sea views and employees were very good. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and brilliant - not very far from a public beach.
