Fairly clean hotel, large beds, sensational breakfasts and excellent staff. Lovely views, exceptional service with parking on site. Poolside bar and excellent pool. Unbeatable, convenient location in the beautiful area. Again, walking distance to a bustling sandy beach.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel with my friends. Our room was impeccably clean and the staff was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. We even had the opportunity to learn Greek dancing from the amazing Dimitri at the bar. The Greek night was a highlight, as the owner and her family joined us, ensuring a memorable evening. Despite the breakfast being a bit basic, the hotel's location near the beaches and tavernas made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday with friends.

The staff where great, very friendly and accommodating. They really made you feel welcome and at home. The free WiFi was handy but limited range. The pool and bar area was a nice place to chill. The best thing about the hotel was its location. It was opposite probably the best beach in Kefallonia (literally 1 min walk) and close enough to all the restaurants in lassi but far away enough so you don’t have the associated noise.
The rooms were very basic and out dated. The TV's in the rooms were useless (but I guess you should be enjoying the sites). Bathroom stuff like shampoos and soaps were rubbish and rarely replenished. Breakfast was a big disappointment, it was not good in terms of quality or variety and worst of all the ok food would run out at half way through the breakfast timing and that was it, no more! This hotel is overpriced but has the potential to be a great hotel if some more attention is paid to detail or the price is dropped.

The location is excellent, next to best sandy beach in Kefalunya and also close to Argostoli, many restaurants around. The swimming pool is nice and the staff friendly.
The food in breakfasts and dinner very oily - needs to offer alternatives. In the rooms - shower is too small, no room to move, no satellite service as promised, tv very small, wi-fi only in lobby.

Our room at Princess was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and bedding provided daily. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. We especially loved the fantastic location, being close to the beautiful beach and a great selection of bars and tavernas. The staff, especially Maria and Vicky, were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although there could be a few improvements. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.

The biggest asset of this hotel is its location, which is exatly opposite one of the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia. Also, the staff is very friendly, polite and helpful, from the receptionist to the barman and all the girls helping at the restaurant. They treated us as their guests and not as customers! The pool bar is open from morning until very late in the evening (after midnight) and the breakfast is satisfactory in variety.
The room was quite small and located at the 4th floor, which was a bit inconvenient, considering the fact that there is no elevator.

We liked the location - right opposite the path to the beach, and the lovely swimming pool. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with a charming reception and lounge area. The staff are very welcoming and eager to help in any way.
We didn't like the breakfast. The room was very cramped, and there was not very much offered on the buffet. We chose to go elsewhere for breakfast after the first day.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and professional. Comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. Lovely pool area and dining space. Great location near the beach.
Not obvious to find.

We loved this place - ideal and gorgeous hotel.
Incredibly nice stuff and incredible location the next supermarket which was practically next door, everything was great. We got family queen room with shower and better bedding & curtains plus a seaview, had great experience here. The vibe here was family. Besides, free parking meant a lot.
