The staff was very friendly, they helped us at all times and were always very cordial! Both the reception, the bar, breakfast... the truth is that was the favorite part of my stay

Very good location and great staff treatment!
In the early hours of the morning people slammed doors as they entered and left the rooms. It would be appreciated if you remembered with posters that people are resting and that silence is begged.

The hotel had a great pool area and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also a big plus, with nice bars and coffee shops nearby, and an easy walk to the port area.
One minor annoyance was having to go to reception to replenish the tea and coffee supplies. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms could be improved for a more peaceful stay.
