Kelly Rowland's 2 Kids: All About Titan and Noah

Kelly Rowland and her husband, Tim Weatherspoon, are more than just entertainment industry pros — they're also parents to two sons.

The couple got married in 2014 and welcomed their first son, Titan Jewell, in November of the same year. They grew their family again in 2021 when their second son, Noah Jon, was born.

Before welcoming Noah, Rowland told Parents in 2016 that becoming a mom had taught her a new skill. “I was nervous that I didn't have the patience to be a good mom, because before Titan I had zero. But now I am very patient."

The doting mom often shares updates from her family on her Instagram account. In September 2021, Rowland shared a post of her sons sleeping and cuddling each other. “My heart beats❤️❤️ I just love both of ya’ll’s bottom lips! #nationalsonday. -but everyday is son day for me!! I love you with ALL of me!” she captioned the photo.

The singer has also been open about trying to raise independent, confident sons. She told Kindred By PARENTS in October 2023, “I just want to get this right. I want to really be a part of bringing some really amazing young men forth into the world," she said. "My only prayer was to have really great young Black men in this world who were sure of themselves and didn't have to be told who they were."

She added, "I want them to be the kind of men who are proud of themselves. That's really important to me — being good decision-makers."

Titan Jewell Weatherspoon, 9

Rowland and Tim welcomed Titan Jewell Weatherspoon on Nov. 4, 2014.

“The most surprising thing for me is how fast he is growing and how much joy he has given me,” Rowland told PEOPLE in March 2015. She added, “When he laughed for the first time, I cried. It was the most beautiful sound I’ve ever heard.”

And even early on, Titan had an affinity for music, just like his mom. “He absolutely loves music and likes when we dance and sing with him,” she shared.

Now, Titan is all grown up and shares some of his favorite hobbies on his Instagram profile. He has posted about golfing with his dad, watching NASCAR races and going on dinner dates with his mom.

Titan's account also features some of his other interests, including all things PAW Patrol, modeling clothes from his mom’s former bandmate Beyoncé’s fashion line Ivy Park and playing with toy dinosaurs.

For Titan's 9th birthday in November 2023, Rowland posted a carousel of videos and photos of memories with her son. "To my favorite sushi eating buddy, my favorite 1st born, My favorite being silly buddy, my favorite teacher of the sea, you never cease to amaze me," she wrote in the caption. "You are wildly creative, and brilliant! I love you more than you will ever TRULY know."

Noah Jon Weatherspoon, 3

Rowland and Tim welcomed their second son, Noah Jon Weatherspoon, on Jan. 21, 2021. The singer announced his birth in an Instagram post, writing, "On the 21st day, of the 21st year, of the 21st Century, Noah Jon Weatherspoon greeted us.”

Two very special people were on a Zoom call with Rowland while she gave birth to Noah: her “sisters” and former Destiny’s Child bandmates, Beyoncé and Michelle Williams.

"We had our family join on Zoom," Rowland told PEOPLE in April 2021. "They were able to see Noah come into the world. It was beautiful." She added that her two friends were both "awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome" honorary aunts who “met him immediately.”

In October 2021, Rowland also shared a sweet video on Instagram of Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles, rocking and feeding baby Noah a bottle while singing to him. “I’m not crying!!! Nope! 🥺😢🥺😢 This is the sweetest!! This fills my heart with so much joy, cause I feel like Both My Mothers are in this pic!…..LOOK at that sky! Noah loves cuddles!!” she captioned the post.

Like his older brother Titan, Noah also has an Instagram profile, but Rowland shares plenty of Noah content on her own account, too.

In January 2023, the singer celebrated Noah's 2nd birthday with an Instagram tribute. "To my Favorite 2nd born Son!! You are a joy and a delight! I love you with my whole heart!" she wrote in the caption. "You bring light everywhere you go with your smile! What a gift to this Earth you are my darling boy."
