Friendly staff, good location with nearby restaurant and shopping street, easy walk to the harbor and beach, everything in Kos Town is walkable, recommendable.

The staff was amicable and incredibly nice on arrival and throughout the stay. Our superior apartment was brand-new and functional, had swimming pool view. The breakfast was marvellous with lots of fab food.

The rooms were great-sized, especially those with kitchen as well as a bedroom...

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The pool was a nice addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Pavlos Hotel! The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The hotel was spotless and very clean, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I particularly loved the balcony overlooking the mountains and the city's rooftops. The hotel also had a nice pool, although the area around it was not very spacious. Despite a small hiccup in the room, the friendly and attentive staff quickly resolved the issue and even upgraded me for free. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great amenities.

Certainly a GREAT experience for summer holidays in Kos Town. Quiet and remarkable hotel with excellent location and views of swimming pool. Clean bathroom in the brand-new and big room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The really kind and welcoming staff working throughout the venue.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town, close to the shopping strip, cafes by the beach, and just a short walk to the main port area and many restaurants. The deluxe room was spacious, with a separate bedroom, living room, and a balcony. The beds were comfortable, and the room had blackout shades for a good night's sleep. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious and customizable. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom faucets were a bit old and not easy to handle.

Furniture in the rooms is worn out and needs updating. The kitchen is poorly equipped, making it difficult to cook proper meals.

Loved the 24-hour reception, so I could bother the staff at any time. The modern furniture was a nice touch, although my back still hurts from the uncomfortable bed. The outdoor pool was great, except for the children splashing around, what a joy!

Oh, the joy of hearing screaming kids at the children's pool all day long, truly a symphony of delight.

Stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to the action and with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and the ferry. The staff was very kind and accommodating, always ready to meet our demands. The amenities like the pool, lobby, and snack bar were well-maintained and welcoming. Our spacious room was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the balcony with a view of the mountains and the city.
