As experienced travelers, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service we received when an unexpected incident occurred. The staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation, offering to pay for the cleaning of my clothes and providing us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. The attention to detail extended to my wife's birthday celebration, with Angela and Andrea ensuring a special table was reserved at the restaurant. The friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and beautiful views made our stay unforgettable.

The buffet food was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh fruits and salads, as well as cooked-to-order meat and fish. The serving staff in the restaurant and bar were outstanding, always greeting us with a smile and making amazing cocktails. The location of the hotel, right next to the beach, was absolutely stunning.

The value for money at Occidental Jandia Royal Level - Adults Only was great, and the room was lovely with comfy beds. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us very well.

The WiFi was free and worked well. The hotel's location in the complex was perfect for the adult-only area, and the small restaurant had a cozy atmosphere. The food selection was great and everything was well-cooked. The pools and sun loungers were in good condition, and it was reassuring to see a lifeguard present. Our room had been upgraded and had an excellent bathroom with a large shower for two. The balcony provided stunning views of the sea, and we appreciated the good ceiling fan and air conditioning.

It was also conveniently located to explore the south of Fuerteventura, with easy access to various attractions and activities. The level of service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff that made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.

The Premium Club area was heavenly - pool, jacuzzi, and restaurant were fantastic. Extensive breakfast buffet and delicious dinner option. Lovely spacious rooms with great views. Fantastic food and helpful staff, especially Katherina. The SPA facilities were amazing. Highly recommend Barcelo Club Premium.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, jacuzzi. The staff even helped me find parking on my first stay. Perfect for a romantic escape.

The location of the Atlantic restaurant is great, as it provides easy access to a separate quiet area with outside seating, allowing guests to enjoy their meals in a peaceful and relaxing environment. the resort is conveniently located close to the summit of the island, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. guests can take a short walk to the beach for a change instead of using one of the swimming pools.
