AGULO

To the northeast of the Island, between Hermigua and Vallehermoso is Agulo, one of the most emblematic places of the Island La Gomera. Called the “balcony overlooking the sea”, due to its strategic position in a natural depression, it offers views to visitors to the Teide volcano of the island of Tenerife.

Its history dates back many centuries, being one of the pioneering towns in having potable water, electricity, shippers and other resources such as agriculture, specifically with the exploitation of banana and tomato.

Currently, it stands out for being a point of reference that connects with a network of walking trails in which you get lost and rediscover your childhood.

Its natural and picturesque landscapes, have turned it into a reference for thousands of tourists that seek to escape from the routine of the city enjoying a healthy and peaceful environment.
