Quercus robur 'General Pulaski'

Dwarf Curly Leaf English Oak Tree

Zones 4-8

'General Pulaski' is a dwarf English oak that is super rare and difficult to propagate. The twisting curled dark green foliage is quite attractive. The tight dense habit of the growth makes this tree a great specimen tree. 'General Pulaski' is a slow growing oak for sure, reaching 5-7 ft in 10 years. In 20 years, 'General Pulaski' may reach 10-12 ft by 3-4 ft in width. 'General Pulaski' was found as chance seedling of English oak by Joe Stupka. He originally thought the leaves were contorted and twisting due to aphids, until he realized he had something really unique.

The 1 gallons of 'General Pulaski' are small because they are slow growing.
