The room with sea views was nicely furnished and well-organised and had an air conditioner, a gorgeous balcony, and a terrace. The breakfast was above average and we loved meats, cheese, bread, pastries, and pancakes. The hotel's location was magnificent and unbeatable to stand at the bottom of the runway.

No complains at all, the venue met the needs, recommend it. The weather was very good, had very good stay on several all inclusive holidays. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with separate bedroom and clean towels plus BBC world news.

No complaints whatsoever, we would happily return when in Puerto del Carmen. This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has brand-new rooms and serves above average and large breakfast. The room is reasonably priced. There are lots of supplies like: climate control, a fabulous balcony, and a terrace.

This venue boasts a fantastic and beautiful location, just a 20-minute walk away from Matagorda, and offers a wonderful breakfast selection including various cereals to cater to all tastes.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely great people. The setting was marvelous and very close to the airport, beach, taxi stand right outside the door, and other Canary Islands.- The room was well cleaned, updated, and equipped with a spacious wardrobe, a sofa, and a kettle.

The property was beautifully kept and the doorman was very efficient. The breakfast selection was above average and they served nice hot drinks.- The hotel's location was great, located in a very nice area close to the Rancho Texas Ranch water park/zoo.

Got spotless and updated room with a safe, clear view of runway too plus drinks had a very nice stay overall. The location was marvellous and lovely, at a walking distance from Hoyas Hondas. I did not want to leave and would love to go back.

The location was lovely: a shopping mall and a small shopping mall were within walking distance. The restaurant was particularly good with the most delicious food and stunning settings here, I had excellent dishes.

I had a modern, updated room with very comfy beds. The breakfast was hot and inclusive with a variety of options.The pool was great.Good location for visiting nearby restaurants and eateries.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Puerto del Carmen, had much fun and met immensely pleasant staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was hot, we were provided with salads and bacon. Everything was simply fantastic.

The rooms are airy and updated, with a safe box, a lounge, and a kitchen area.
