1. Gyan Mudra (Mudra of Knowledge)

2. Abhaya Mudra (Mudra of Fearlessness)

To practice this Mudra, you need to raise the right hand to shoulder level, palm facing outward, fingers pointing up, and thumb resting on the side of the index finger. This helps in cultivating fearlessness, confidence and courage. It will help you overcome obstacles and give you a sense of protection.

3. Varada Mudra (Mudra of Compassion)

Extend the arm downward with the palm facing outward and fingers pointing down. This mudra will help you be compassionate. It makes you charitable and invokes feelings of generosity and openness.

4. Vajra Mudra (Mudra of Inner Strength)

5. Shunya Mudra (Mudra of Emptiness)

Bend the middle finger and place the thumb gently on top, applying light pressure. This mudra is believed to activate the element of ether (space) within the body, promoting clarity, calmness, and receptivity. It can aid in improving communication and creativity.
