Modeling in mermaid tails with a friend on the beach!

Modeling with another mermaid may seem intimidating at first, but I’m gonna simplify it for you!

Today we’ll be focusing on matching & mirrored poses.

Basically this means that both models do the same pose, next to each other (matching) or facing one another (mirrored). You can completely twin if you’d like, or just use the same tail position while switching up your upper body poses.

Get close & connect!

I find that the most striking matching poses happen when both mermaids are sitting close together and are on the same level ground. For a pose like “on the side,” remember to stagger your heads and your flukes so both models can be seen and tails can be appreciated!
