"Hair Science is a school as well as a barber shop, so the time spent on a cut and the finished result can vary a bit. That said, all of the students and staff take the job very seriously and care deeply that you are happy when you leave. On one occasion I received a cut from a student I was not 100% thrilled with but I let them know and the owner Shawn was able to get me straight back in and got it where I wanted in about 10 minutes. Don't be afraid to say what you like or don't like (while being courteous) and you'll be an important part of someone starting their career as a hair stylist. I've been there probably 10+ times already and I already have my next appointment booked."
