Service was impeccable, each staff member welcomed us. It was so warm and inviting.
We dined outdoors and it was set up beautifully.
The three courses were all delicious. My halibut was cooked to perfection. The cannoli I shared with my mates made an epic finale.
I look forward to returning soon.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jason H.Scottsdale, AZ0508Jan 10, 2024
Most seating at Vic & Ola's is outside and just a handful of tables are inside but I suggest being flexible and don't let that deter you because even in the winter they'll seat you under a heat lamp.
It's a solid pick with excellent food and service.Helpful 2Thanks 2Love this 1Oh no 1 - Leanne W.Flagstaff, AZ820Jan 1, 2024

Overall, the food is okay, nothing that I crave and most of the items we tried were underwhelming. Lasagna is done well though.
Our second time trying.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2 - Allie S.Seattle, WA51928May 4, 2024
After hearing nothing but rave reviews, we were excited to check this place out. When we got there we asked if we could sit outside and they moved things around to make this work which was very nice. The patio is lovely (the inside is too!). Service right off the bat was 10/10, clearly a very dialed in establishment. Cocktails were delish, as were the meatballs (melt in your mouth, incredible sauce). However, things took a drastic turn with the our entrees. I got the carbonara and my husband got the spicy rigatoni and sausage, and man were we disappointed. No joke, the carbonara literally tasted like they took a jar sauce from wal mart and plopped it on. Also, much more Alfredo vibes than carbonara vibes. The rigatoni was *slightly* better but not by much. We were shocked and obvi disappointed. But! Things ended on a high note with the butter cake - fab.

I couldn't be happier with the service at Vic & Ola for my 40th birthday! They gave us the best seat in the house, was attentive to all 6 of my guests, and even gave me a birthday gift and card signed by the wait staff. Everything was so delicious. The branzino, the Sunday salad, the ambiance, and definitely the cannoli with pistachios! I left full and satisfied. I'll definitely be returning...there's more on the menu to try!

Vic & Ola's is a cool yet romantic place that is perfect for special occasions. I recently celebrated my birthday there and it was an amazing and intimate experience that exceeded all my expectations. Our server was from Italy, which made the conversation and pairings even more informative and wonderful. Now, all my girlfriends want to visit. Additionally, they have a beautiful outdoor fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the ambiance after an exceptional meal.

The food was delicious and easily shared. The service was excellent, as well. We enjoyed eating on the patio given the pleasant weather.

Absolutely awful experience.
We were there for a 76th birthday celebration. We arrived at 5:20 pm. At 5:55 no one acknowledged that we were still sitting there with our menu's waiting for someone take our drink and entree order.
I had to ask one of the servers if anyone planned to serve us.
Finally, At 6:10 a server arrived and barely apologized blaming the hostess station.
Had we not been on a time restraint we would have walked out never to return.
You would have thought they would try to make things right by offering a round of drinks or a dessert. Nothing other then a 3 inch cannoli for 4 people!!
Mistake we made was to stray away from The Maggiore Group where there is never an issue .Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 23, 2023
Vic & Ola's definitely draws a crowd, but I'm not sure it's worth it. The decor is a mix of chapel vibes and more modern decor that is a little perplexing. Our server was the standout! She was so accommodating to different dietary restrictions and worked with the chef to accommodate the table.
My sister started with a cocktail, the All Saints, that was okay, but didn't blow my socks off. As a table, we shared the arugula salad, but the lemon on it was so over powering that it actually hurt my mouth. I had the risotto (gluten-free FTW), that was okay on its own but actually much better when I added in some of the remaining salad with the acidity and added spices. My mom loved her ravioli, which is amazing because she can be quite picky. My sister got the sausage rigatoni and thought it was okay but wouldn't come back for it.
The service was a little slow but we had lots of modifications so that's understandable. I would probably come back for apps and drinks on the patio but not sure if I would splurge for the meal.Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0
