Iberostar Club Cala Barca

Nice resort in a quiet area in Majorca, full of families enjoying their swimming pools and the all inclusive. My friend and me chose it because we really wanted not having to think about meal times and were looking for a nice hotel. This proved perfect for a couple of days. If we were looking for some party and some sightseeing... wrong place.
The hotel is nice, although they had us standing in the reception for 20 minutes without even looking at us. So the first impression was really wrong. Luckily a nice employee came and told us we had been upgraded to a suite due to our short stay. So, that compensated the waiting.
The rest of the staff turned out to be really nice, although I could not stop feeling sorry for how busy they were and the long shifts. This is how Spain is in this crisis and that is why a lot of people (like me) left the country.
The food was just ok although there was a wide choice to choose from. The swimming pools were lovely as it was our room (look at the pics ;)
I would not mind going back any time soon!
